About the Development Review Board (DRB)

The Development Review Board (DRB) is a quasi-judicial body that is responsible for all development review functions in the town of Addison. The DRB is created under 24 V.S.A. § 4460.

Meeting Day and Time: The DRB meets the fourth Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. at the Addison Community Center.

Location: Currently, meetings are held in-person. Meeting locations vary; please see the calendar of meetings and events for individual meeting locations.

All meetings are open to the public.

DRB meetings are announced two weeks in advance, and notices can be found on this website, at the Town Clerk’s Office, Addison Four Corner Store, West Addison General Store, and in the Addison Independent. Meeting agendas and minutes are housed on this website, and can also be found at the Town Clerk’s Office. Meeting recordings are available upon request; please contact the Town Clerk.
