The May meeting of the Addison Town Historical Society will be held Sunday, May 17 at 2pm
Location: Addison Fire Station – 44 Rt. 17 West
- 2pm: Annual Business Meeting: Review of February meeting minutes, election of officers, review of constitution updates, plans for the August meeting and other society business that may arise. A reminder: 2026 annual member dues of $5 may be paid by cash or check to Vaughn, our treasurer.
- 3pm: Guest presentation by the Addison and Bridport Thief Detecting Society. We will hear from its president David Bronson, VP Annette Picher and treasurer Jo Clawson. It was organized December 16, 1816 primarily to cope with horse thieves….and worked on any item of theft.
