Town Land Records

Town residents can now search land records online as a guest for free. The records and accompanying scans date back to December 1975. Any records prior to December 1975 would require an in-office search. Within the online portal, you can search either by inputting the book and page number, or a general search by putting in last name first, then first name, which will pull up anything recorded under that name in the Addison Town Records back to 1975. To print in the online system, you will need to set up an account and pay a fee. Copies can also be obtained in person at the office (fees apply).
